"Pale, orange-tinged pink. High-pitched redcurrant, strawberry and white flower aromas are complicated by zesty minerals and baking spices. Clean, sharply focused red berry and blood orange flavors gain weight and power with air, taking a turn to cherry while maintaining vivacity. An impressively graceful and sexy version of pink Champagne."

Bright and tangy, with saline and smoke notes underscoring the flavors of Roma apple, cherry and crunchy white peach. Lacy in texture, presenting a firm, minerally finish. Disgorged July 2014. Drink now through 2018. 75 cases imported.

Provided with a nice blueish Rosé color, Aubry's NV Brut Rosé Premier Cru (an assemblage of white and red wine, disgorged in 1/2014) has a very clear and aromatic bouquet, with blue and red fruit flavors intertwined with intense floral and spicy notes. Full, round and dry on the palate with good intensity, structure and freshness, this powerful but also elegant and fine rosé is more than just an aperitif. With its nicely delicate tannin structure, it and should go well with fish and seafood, white meat and fresh cheese. The wine is a composition of 60% Chardonnay, 25% Pinots and 15% of red wine made from old vines Meunier.

Rich, fruity and textured, this expresses freshness with its acidity and red-currant flavors. These cut through the tangy texture, giving a tight aftertaste. The wine can be drunk immediately for its crispness or held until late 2016 to let it soften.
